Install freestate.app

The website is the app. On most phones, add it from the browser. On GrapheneOS and similar Androids, download the signed APK so you get a real icon instead of a badged browser shortcut.

GrapheneOS and other de-Googled Androids cannot install a Play-signed WebAPK. This signed package is a Trusted Web Activity: your own launcher icon, no browser badge. It opens this same website.

On Chrome or Pixel with Play services, use the browser’s Install app instead. iOS uses Share → Add to Home Screen. More detail is on Install the app.

Sideload on GrapheneOS

Download the APK on the phone (Vanadium or any browser).
Allow that browser or your Files app to install unknown apps (Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps).
Open the downloaded file and install. The launcher icon is freestate, not Vanadium.
Optional: confirm the SHA-256 above matches the file you downloaded.
